"There is something for everyone at the John Muir Elementary Fleamarket"


















The JME Fleamarket is an outdoor market just 8 blocks from Santa Monica Beach with fresh ocean breezes, sunshine, and a neighborhood feeling. It is a long standing event with many high quality vendors selling items ranging from antique jewelry, furniture, music, books, antique crystal, collectibles and novelties from around the world. 

There is plenty to eat at the market. Delicious food includes, crepes, tamales and the tasty treats from brought to you by the John Muir students and PTA: Hot dogs, popcorn, coffee, treats and cold drinks.


The market began as a flea market in the early 1990s when John Muir School resided where Olympic High School is today. Since then, the market has enjoyed steady growth and community participation. All proceeds are used to support essential educa-tional opportunities at John Muir Elementary School.
